Back Strengthening/Stabilization

The experience of the doctor is what makes these classes unique. The classes are small enough to enable the doctor to watch your body and make sure that you are in the most stable position possible to create optimum strength. This experience draws from a wide variety of traditional strength training mixed with current research information to stabilize the spine, shoulders, and knees working together. We strive to make these classes fun but effective. The class is also structured so that if you're a beginner, you can still fit into the class with the doctor instructing you how to make the moves easier. Most of the exercises we use have 2-4 increments to make the exercise harder. Beginners start at lower levels so that their body can handle these new movements. As you become more familiar with the class, you can try more difficult moves as tolerated. Please come and try the class, you just have to make the commitment.
